Product history and connotation/territory 
Native of the Middle East, the pistachio was introduced in Sicily by the Arabs and has found its area of excellence on the slopes of Mount Etna, Bronte.

Today, Sicily is the only Italian region to boast its production.

Dubbed "Green Gold", Sicilian pistachio has colors and organoleptic qualities that make it unique all over the world.

These green gems with a sweet, delicate and aromatic taste, are appreciated in Italy and abroad for their originality of taste and their adaptability in the kitchen and pastry.

Tasting instructions
Diluted with a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water, it is mainly combined with pasta dishes.

Ingedients
Pistachio 60%, sunflower oil, salt. May contain traces of milk, celery and nuts (almonds, walnuts).
