In the surroundings of the Alcantara Gorges, for centuries tasty walnuts have been produced that make each recipe a real treat for the palate.

The Sicilian valley of the Alcantara river, offers dreamlike landscapes often punctuated by centuries-old walnuts that give fine fruits with characteristics of excellence.

The nut of this territory is one of the most representative typical products, where the care of the plants and the processing techniques of the fruit itself, have remained almost unchanged over time.

Tasting instructions
We recommend using it on toasted bread, croutons and diluted with cooking water for pasta dishes.

Ingedients
Dried tomatoes, 30% alcantara nuts, wild fennel, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, acidifier: citric acid.
May contain traces of milk, celery and nuts (pistachio, almonds).
