Product history and connotation/territory 
Nocellara Etnea, is a native Sicilian cultivar that grows mainly in the central and eastern part of Sicily.

Low in carbohydrates, black olives, have a high content of monounsaturated oleic acid, oleuropein, polyphenols and other functional substances, useful to help preserve good health.

Tasting instructions
It is recommended for use on toasted bread and croutons, as dressing for the preparation of hot and cold first courses and in addition to the preparation of second courses of fish and game.

Ingedients
85% black olives, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, parsley, oregano, salt, garlic, white wine vinegar (sulphites), acidifier: citric acid and lactic acid.
May contain traces of milk, celery and nuts (pistachio, almonds, walnuts).
